Food Runner
Our Product and Brand teams were communicating separately but shared the same goal of delivering more value to our audiences. I saw an opportunity to merge efforts by combining customer product updates with our leads newsletter, reducing email fatigue while amplifying top-performing content. This became Food Runner, a monthly, versioned newsletter serving both audiences with tailored insights. I developed the strategy, voice, and copy for the first year, and continue to lead it today. Food Runner now reaches over 100,000 readers, becoming a key channel for product updates, content distribution, and lead nurturing.
